How Bookings Works
Sessions can only be booked at least 6 hours in advance. You must book and pay for one session at a time.
Kedron Wavell Snooker members receive a $10 per hour discount on coaching sessions. To receive your discount, find the current coupon code in the Kedron Wavell Snooker online Members Area under "Coaching" and enter it during checkout.
If this is your first booking, you will also receive an email to set your account password so you can manage existing and future bookings.
Booking Terms
Booking and Payment
– All coaching sessions must be booked through our online portal.
– Payment is required at the time of booking.
– We accept all major credit cards via secure checkout using Stripe.
– All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
– Coaching sessions can only be booked for start times at least 6 hours in the future.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
– Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session start time will receive a full refund less any payment processing fees.
– Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
– No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time.
– No refunds will be given for no-shows.
– Sessions may be rescheduled via the My Bookings section at least 24 hours before the start time, and the payment will transfer to the new booking.
– Attempting to reschedule within 24 hours of the start time will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be given.
Attendance and Venue Access
– Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled session time.
– Late arrivals will not receive additional time; sessions will end at the scheduled time.
– Kedron Wavell Snooker members should use their access code to enter the billiard room.
– Non-members should use the doorbell located on the billiard room door.
– You agree to comply with all venue rules and regulations while on the premises.
Virtual Coaching Sessions
– Virtual coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom.
– You must have a free Zoom account created before the session.
– You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection, appropriate device with camera, and adequate lighting.
– Your device must be positioned to provide a clear view of your stance and playing action.
– You must be in a suitable environment with enough space around the table to demonstrate techniques.
– Technical issues on your end that prevent or disrupt the session are not grounds for refund or rescheduling outside the standard cancellation policy.
– In the event of technical issues on the coach’s end, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
– Recordings of sessions are not permitted without prior written consent.
– The same cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to virtual sessions as to in-person sessions.
